Your brain can rationalise anything. You need other people to tell you what's actually real.
It’s very easy for us to get caught up in our own minds. Our brain can rationalise the shit out of everything regardless of what’s “wrong” or “right”. So who are we to make decisions on our own ? if we can fabricate anything ?
Well, we need to talk to people, get their thoughts, help us define our fuzzy world as the real one. It’s part of why The truth is the only way forward. People need to know what’s going on in your minds to give that real world feedback, for you to know what really is going on.
If you lie, and the other person lies to you. How will you know what’s real ?
It’s part of why we have to leave our parents and friends, to find our own way first, to actually know what the world looks like to us. We must leave our nest to make sense of the world
