Why we must be honest all the time
Say how you feel or you'll resent yourself for it, and that resentment bleeds out somewhere else.
Aside from the obvious difficulties of keeping a lie a secret, having to maintain all made belief parts of a lie is hard, lying builds resentment.
No one wants to be pushed around, so it’s always better to say how you feel at all times because if you don’t, you resent yourself for leading things unsaid. That resentment will bleed out in other areas.
Like cops on a power trip, they might resent black guys and use their jobs to take it out on them.
